1: Solder paste mixer
This task is used for solder paste. It can produce a fixed effect in the next task before pasting it onto the desired SMEar. In contrast, our manually made solder paste mixer is faster and better, both of which are better in mixing speed and uniformity, thus promoting the progress of the entire production line
2: Screen printing machine

Uniformly mix solder paste into SMT chip (PCB) board mounter. Whether too much or too little solder paste will affect our output effect. In this regard, we can use screen printer to print on PCB. First, we can use fixed PCB screen printer, and then evenly smear solder paste on screen printer
3: Reflux furnace
SMT mounter is our common reflow soldering machine. Its main task is to melt the solder paste on the surface through the heat of SMT mounter plate. It can make my components and PCB solder closely together. It is thus realized that we not only need to meet the Production requirements, but also need to prevent PCB phenomena and component deformation
4: Test equipment
Universal test equipment is the final location. The whole production line mainly includes online testing equipment and offline testing equipment. According to different requirements and operation methods, we must choose different equipment for testing to understand the problems encountered by SMT chip products. The placement machine has leakage, distortion or throwing, which can be replaced and maintained in time.
Two main production processes of SMT mounter
In the fully automatic assembly production of our industry, we must know that the placement machine can be used for the placement production of the base plate, and then we can know its production method. 1. Mix
1. Single side mixing process: this means that when assembling PCB, we will paste the parts and components evenly on one side of PCB

2. Double sided assembly process: During the assembly process, the components to be instalLED will be installed on one side of the PCB, and the other side will be installed in a series of accessories we need.
